The main entrance to the viewing platform, the "Feeling Sevilla" experience, and the ticket office is located on Level -1, accessible via the escalators in the center of the square.

By Bus: The bus is the most direct form of public transport to the monument, with several lines stopping within a few meters of the structure.

Lines 27 and 32: These lines stop directly at Plaza de la Encarnación.

Plaza Ponce de León: This major bus hub is located a 4-minute walk (approximately 300 meters) from the venue and serves additional lines including the 20, 24, and 11.

By Metro and Tram: While there is no metro station directly beneath the square, the city's light rail and underground systems provide easy access to the surrounding historic district.

Metro Line L1: The nearest station is Puerta de Jerez. From here, you can walk approximately 15 minutes through the central shopping district or transfer to the tram.

Metrocentro (Tram T1): The nearest tram stop is Plaza Nueva. From Plaza Nueva, the monument is a 10-minute walk through the pedestrianized streets of Calle Sierpes or Calle Cuna.

By Train: If you are arriving from outside the city via the Santa Justa Train Station, you have several options:

Walking: The walk from Santa Justa takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Bus: Take Line 32 from the station entrance directly to the Plaza de la Encarnación stop.

Taxi/Rideshare: A taxi from the station typically takes 10 minutes depending on traffic.

By Car: The historic center of Seville has restricted access for non-resident vehicles (Plan Centro). If you are driving, it is recommended to use one of the nearby underground parking facilities:

Parking Imagen: Located directly on Calle Imagen, a few steps from the monument.

Parking Escuelas Pías: Located a 5-minute walk away.

On Foot: Setas de Sevilla is centrally located and easily reachable on foot from other major landmarks. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Seville Cathedral and the Giralda, and a 7-minute walk from the Palacio de las Dueñas.

The venue is equipped with modern infrastructure to ensure a comfortable visit. On Level -1, visitors will find the main service hub, which includes the physical ticket office, information desk, and the entrance to the Antiquarium.

Toilets and baby-changing facilities are located on this level and are maintained for public use.

The structure is divided into five levels, connected by a series of stairs and high-capacity elevators.

While the ground level (Level 0) houses the central market and open-air plaza, the upper levels are dedicated to the 250-meter panoramic walkway and the "Feeling Sevilla" immersive zone.

Secure lockers are not provided on-site, so visitors are advised to avoid bringing large luggage or bulky items.

Setas de Sevilla was designed with a commitment to universal accessibility, ensuring that people with reduced mobility or those using strollers can access the main highlights of the monument.

Elevator Access: There are two main elevators located on Level 0 (Plaza de la Encarnación) that provide direct access to the basement level (Level -1) and the panoramic walkways. These elevators are spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs and double strollers.

The Walkways: The upper walkways are paved and feature gradual inclines rather than steep steps, allowing for a continuous circuit of the 360-degree viewpoint. Sturdy handrails are installed along the entire length of the path for safety.

The Antiquarium: The archaeological museum on the lower level is fully accessible. It features ramps and wide corridors that allow visitors to view the Roman and Moorish ruins without encountering architectural barriers.

Service Animals: Certified guide dogs and assistance animals are permitted throughout the entire complex, including the museum and the upper viewing platforms.

Restrooms: Adapted toilets designed for individuals with physical disabilities are located on Level -1 and are clearly marked with international signage.

The official gift shop is located on the basement level near the main entrance.

It stocks a curated selection of merchandise ranging from architectural books and photography prints to handcrafted items made by local artisans.
