About Isla Mágica

Isla Mágica sits on Isla de la Cartuja, the former Expo '92 site, and takes visitors back to the 16th and 17th centuries, when Seville was Europe's gateway to the New World.

The park is laid out around a lake and split into six themed areas, from a colonial port to an Amazon jungle and a pirates' hideout. Alongside the roller coasters, water rides and daily shows, it is home to Agua Mágica, a summer water zone often called "the beach of Seville".

Isla Mágica: Operating Hours

Isla Mágica (Main Theme Park):

The 2026 season runs from April 11 to November 8. From late June to early September the park opens every day, usually from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. In spring and autumn it opens mainly on weekends and public holidays, generally from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Agua Mágica (Water Park):

Open from May 30 to September 13, 2026, generally from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Scheduled Closures:

Both parks close for the winter, from mid-November until the new season starts in April. Outside the summer months, most weekdays are also closed. See the Timings page for a full breakdown by season.

Address: Rotonda Isla Mágica, Isla de la Cartuja, 41092 Seville, Spain.

The park is on Isla de la Cartuja, on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, within the city of Seville. From the historic center you can walk over the Barqueta Bridge, and the Monastery of La Cartuja and Torre Sevilla are both close by.

Things to Know Before Visiting Isla Mágica

From 2026, Agua Mágica has its own entrance, so you can visit the water park on its own or both parks on the same day.
Weekends and the summer holidays are the busiest days, so book your tickets online in advance and arrive early.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, apart from water bottles, and rigid coolers are also banned. There are plenty of restaurants and snack kiosks inside.
Each ride has its own height limits, measured with shoes on at Isla Mágica and barefoot at Agua Mágica. Children under 14 must be with an adult.
Free wheelchairs are available for guests with reduced mobility, who must be accompanied by someone able to help them on rides.
If you want to leave and come back the same day, ask staff for a re-entry pass on your way out.
Swimwear, bare feet and bare chests are not allowed in the theme park, and wheeled suitcases are not permitted.

Facilities at Isla Mágica

- Single and double strollers and electric scooters can be rented at Visitor Services, and wheelchairs are free for guests with reduced mobility.

- Paid lockers are available at the main entrance, next to the Anaconda shop and inside Agua Mágica.
